The picture below is as complicated and fancy as it gets for me when eating a no cooked food, raw plant-based diet. The true diet of all our fellow species on the planet is eating a raw food diet. Species eat certain foods based on their body structure and design. Raw vegans like myself who have been on this raw food diet don't get sick however detoxification regeneration has symptoms called healing crises. Eating fruits only and sometimes veggies like a salad with greens and veggies for lunch/dinner makes me feel so clear and focused mentally, emotionally, and physically. Try it for a meal, a day, a week, a month. Work your way into transitioning taking out dairy products, animal products, beans, grains. You will fall in love with your journey. I will give you reasons why mostly fruits and some vegetables are all I need to thrive and feel healthy and amazing.
1. As a human, the highest vibrational being on the planet, we vibrate at a certain frequency made up of energy. This energy, living aura, is scientifically called carbon-based energy, which all living things are made up of.
2. If everything that is a-live (living) is made up of carbon and uses this carbon to exert energy than to refuel the tank of energy it must put carbon based energy or "living"or "raw" foods back into the body to keep it running smoothly and naturally.
3. The "carbon" or "energy" in the foods we eat are what we would call "Carb"-"O"-"Hydrates" or if we could make sense of it as living sugars in foods provide oxygen or "O" and hydrates all the cells. Sugars are the fuel source for our energy and if we don't have sugar than our engines, our bodies will not function as nature intended. The relationship between a car (body) using gasoline (energy), a carbon based fuel, and the carburetor (our breathing) working together to keep a car working and driving.
4. Simple sugars that are in fruit and vegetables enter the body through glycolysis. Veggies have sugars called Glucose. Fruits carry Fructose. The only other simple sugar is Galactose which is found in milk. Fructose is specifically designed for humans, it enters the body through diffusion, which requires virtually no energy. Fruits are the true food of our species.
5. Fruits carry everything we need. We do not need to isolate the things in fruit and take them separately. The fruits have the sugars we need, the flavors we want, the proteins since everything needs protein or aminos to even have a structure, it has all the necessary vitamins and minerals, it has great fiber, lots of water, electricity, power, sensation, light, love, everything you need. (Even eating the seeds of citrus, melons, papayas, apples, and some others are greatly beneficial)
6. You save money! You have to know where you are going and be thrifty. However, a great thing is when it’s a certain fruit or fruits in season you can save lots of money! Local seeded watermelons, local mangos from Florida and my backyard, coconuts from neighbors, apples in season, oranges in season, seeded grapes in season, bananas all year long, and some other great fruits that are in season and anything less than a couple dollars or lower is a good fair price if organic. I tend to stay 100% organic and local farm grown. While strictly eating from home and not eating out at any raw vegan spots or at farmers markets I will spend anywhere from 10-15$ a day on fruits only and I might not even eat all the fruit I thought I would for the day.
7. You really feel the benefits! I feel like a different person, I really can’t even remember the days I had the headaches and the stuffy nose all the time. I don’t feel like that person anymore; I feel new. I think so much more positively, I expect things to turn out better, I’m learning a lot about healing myself and helping others get started on eating better and feeling better. I’ve learned so much more about health than I thought I would. Learning about the foods, the herbs, the self-practices. All play a vital role in my daily life.
8. The physical benefits would be much more clear colorful skin, clean hair, more defined muscles, barely or zero body odor, better posture, deeper breathing through the nose, much less sneezing or mucus from nose, mild or no headaches, much better deeper sleep and dream state, more energy to do work, better endurance, more hydrated to do more and expend more energy in a positive way.
9. The emotional benefits would be a more intuitive control of emotions because you are more aligned naturally and so you can FEEL MORE. Most people are numb and can't really feel what they are feeling.
Having trapped emotions is common, lashing out, excessive crying, hiding feelings is all over and going through a detox helps you grow and break through these negative feelings. When you clear the body and mind of these blockages you can feel more and be more aligned with your higher self; going through a detox and changing your lifestyle to a living food lifestyle will continue to help you be more in tune with yourself and what you are feeling. Our feelings are our indicators for all that we desire, they show us the way.
10. The mental benefits would be having a better connection with who you really are, not attached to any moment, person, experience while being grateful for every moment, person, experience and learning and growing. In every way everyday getting better better and better in ridding your body, mind, and soul of the trapped negative energy it has been dealing with.
